Public cricket records
Scorecards, player stats, achievements, rankings and tournament results may be visible to players, teams, academies, organizers, parents or public viewers depending on match, academy and tournament settings.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with academies, teams, tournament organizers, cloud providers, analytics providers, notification services, payment providers, support tools and authorities when required to deliver or protect the service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for user and cricket data. Data may be retained while an account, academy, tournament or legal requirement remains active, and may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
User rights
Users can request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting supportplayera@mail.com. Some match records may need to be retained for scorekeeping integrity, dispute resolution, legal compliance or academy records.

Use of service
PlayEra provides cricket scoring, player analytics, academy management, tournament management, rankings, profiles, notifications and related website/app services. Users must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.
Accounts and roles
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure. Scorer, coach, academy admin, organizer and team access should be given only to authorized people. Activity performed through an account may be treated as activity by that account holder.
Accuracy of cricket data
Scorecards, ball entries, rankings, predictions, analytics and player records depend on scorer input, academy settings and system calculations. Organizers and academies should review important match records, awards and public results for accuracy.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app or website, upload illegal or harmful content, impersonate others, scrape protected data, attack the platform, bypass permissions, violate player privacy or use PlayEra for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Content and media
Users confirm they have rights or permission to upload names, photos, videos, logos, team data, academy data and match content. PlayEra may display this content in profiles, scorecards, highlights, rankings, academy pages and tournament pages.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid academy plans, tournament services, premium tools or add-ons may have separate pricing, billing, refund, cancellation and renewal terms shown during onboarding, invoice, checkout or written agreement.
Service Activation and Delivery
Academy dashboard access, tournament tools, scoring features, and premium plan benefits are activated within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. In most cases, activation is instant upon payment. If access is not granted within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact supportplayera@mail.com with your payment reference ID and registered mobile or email. We will resolve activation issues within 1 business day.
Limitation and availability
PlayEra is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free analytics or specific sporting outcomes. Users should not rely on analytics as the only basis for selection or professional decisions.
Jurisdiction
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and DIVY TIWARI, an individual operating under the trade name PlayEra Cricket, with registered address at KALPANA ECO WORLD, MOHANLALGANJ, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - 226301, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal disputes, claims, proceedings or matters relating to the PlayEra app, website, services, data, payments or usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only.

Subscription Cancellations
Academy and tournament subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered if raised within 7 days of the payment date and only if the service was not used or activated. Requests raised after 7 days or after the academy or tournament dashboard has been accessed will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. The exact credit time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
One-time tournament setup fees, scoring credits, and add-on purchases are non-refundable once activated or consumed.
How to Request a Refund
Email supportplayera@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email or mobile number, payment reference ID, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
